That’s why every ChestTrainer purchase comes with a 60-day risk-free satisfaction guarantee.

Use it. Train with it. See how it fits your lifestyle.

If you decide it’s not right for you within 60 days of delivery, you can return it for a full refund of the product purchase price.


What “Risk-Free” Means

Our guarantee removes the risk of being stuck with a product you don’t want.

It means:

  • You can open and use ChestTrainer

  • You can try it in normal home training conditions

  • You can decide it’s not for you

  • You receive a full refund of the product price

It does not mean free return shipping for change-of-mind returns.


Eligibility Window

  • Returns must be requested within 60 days of delivery

  • Requests made after 60 days are not eligible for refund

  • Delivery date is determined by carrier tracking


What’s Covered

We accept returns within 60 days if:

  • You tried ChestTrainer and decided it’s not a good fit

  • It doesn’t suit your training style or schedule

  • You’re not satisfied with the resistance, feel, or design

  • It didn’t meet your expectations after use

If you used it and decided it’s not for you, that’s enough.


What’s Not Covered

To keep this fair for everyone, returns are not accepted for:

  • Requests made after 60 days from delivery

  • Products showing commercial, group, or gym use

  • Damage caused by misuse, modification, or ignoring safety instructions

  • Incomplete returns with missing core components

  • Multiple refund returns from the same customer

  • Orders placed with the intent of temporary use and return

  • Patterns of repeated or abusive return behavior across multiple orders or accounts

This guarantee applies to personal home use only.


Condition of Returned Items

Normal signs of home use are expected and acceptable.

Returns must include the complete ChestTrainer system, including:

  • ChestTrainer unit

  • All resistance components and accessories included with your order

  • Any physical promotional items or bonuses

Original packaging is not required.

If key components are missing, a partial refund may be issued to reflect the incomplete return.


How to Start a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Email support@chesttrainer.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief reason for the return

  • Confirmation that the product was opened and tried

We respond within 24 business hours.


Step 2: Return Authorization

Once approved, we’ll send you:

  • A return authorization

  • The correct return address for your region

  • Packaging and shipping instructions

Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.


Return Locations

Returns are processed through our regional returns centers.

  • 🇺🇸 United States customers return to our US returns center

  • 🇦🇺 Australian customers return to our Australian returns center

The correct return address is provided after return approval.


Return Shipping Costs

  • For satisfaction or change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or sent incorrectly, we cover return shipping or send a replacement at no cost

There are no restocking fees in any case.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returns are shipped with tracking. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received:

  • Day 1–2: Item received and logged

  • Day 2–3: Condition and completeness check

  • Day 3: Refund issued

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We do not offer cash, cheque, or alternative payment refunds.

Most banks process refunds within 3–7 business days after issuance.

Refunds apply to the product purchase price only. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.


Exchanges and Defective Items

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately

  • We will repair, replace, or resolve the issue promptly

  • In many cases, no return is required

We take product quality seriously.


International Orders

For international orders:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Customs duties or taxes paid to local authorities are non-refundable

Before returning internationally, contact us. In some cases we can resolve the issue without requiring a return.


Your Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit or replace your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

If your product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described, you are entitled to remedies under the law regardless of this policy.

Fine Print (The Legal Stuff)

  • Guarantee valid for 60 days from delivery date (not order date)
  • One return per customer for refund purposes
  • Exchanges unlimited (defects, wrong size, etc.)
  • Refunds processed to original payment method only
  • Promotional gifts/free bonuses must be returned with the product
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that violate these terms (abuse, fraud, incomplete returns)
  • This guarantee does not affect your statutory consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law or applicable consumer protection laws in your country
  • Return shipping costs (international) are non-refundable
  • Original shipping costs (if paid) are non-refundable unless product was defective

Common Questions

"What if I'm on day 61?"
Contact us anyway. We're reasonable humans. If you're a day or two over, we'll probably still honor it.

"Can I return just the resistance bands?"
No. We need the complete system back for a refund. However, if a band broke due to defect, we'll send replacements free.

"What if the box is damaged?"
That's fine. We care about the product condition, not the packaging.

"Do I need the receipt?"
Your order number works. We have all records in our system.

"What if I lost the training guide?"
It's a PDF - we can send you another one. 

"Can I return it if I just don't like the color?"
No, we trust you will choose the right color but if we send you the wrong one, then we will obviously exchange it. Remember, there are two colour ways plus any limited edition releases. 

"What if it breaks after 60 days?"
Covered under our 12-month warranty (separate policy). We'll replace defective components free.

"I'm international - can you cover return shipping?"
Unfortunately no. International freight is too expensive. But contact us first - we might be able to resolve without a return.
